1. Services
CreateBuzz provides creative agency services including brand strategy, design, web development, and digital marketing. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and payment as agreed. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. CreateBuzz retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
CreateBuzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
